| On a side note, as we're playing in a different building do we need to arrive earlier to help set up? Just wondering in case we have to carry tables and terrain stuff from the main building to the bowling one. |

i think only if your bringing terrain (like you may be dave ) at which point somewhere between 8 and 8:30 would be handy.
otherwise i think its covered, although Basil or Daryl might have a comment since they're sorting most of it out on the friday |
